The Texas Panhandle is full of surprises. One surprise is Caprock Canyons State Park, outside of Quitaque, Texas (about 2 hours from Lubbock). Quitaque is primarily a ranching and farming community, but people travel from all over the world to visit Caprock Canyons State Park.
