Bonham Trade Days takes place the weekend after the first Monday of each month. One of the longest running trade shows in East Texas, the show starts on Thursday and winds down Sunday afternoon, no matter the weather.

The event is held at Fort Inglish, pictured below. Fort Inglish itself is open for visitation from April through September. Visitors can enter the three 1830′s cabins (moved here from the surrounding countryside), and get a glimpse of what life was like for the first settlers of this area. The original Fort Inglish was constructed to offer some protection to settlers from Indian raids.

While in Bonham, you can unwind at Bonham State Park, check out the Fannin County Museum of History, or taste wine at one of the local wineries. You’ll be relaxed and restored after a weekend at a Bonham B&B.
