Built c.1920, Wrigley House is a delightful example of craftsmanship of days gone by. Located only two blocks from Historic Downtown Brenham with its antique stores, shops and restaurants it is the perfect base for exploring the Bluebonnet or Independence Trails, for access to Round Top Antique Fairs and the many local festivals. Two blocks from Historic Downtown Brenham with its great tourist activity sits this charming home with large trees and a picket fence. The wide front porch welcomes all who visit. Large inviting rooms are great for guests. High ceilings, crown molding, wide baseboards, claw foot tubs, wood floors and built in china cabinet are just some of the details of this 1919 home. The current Innkeeper has already done extensive updates, keeping true to the original architecture. Upon entry into the home you are in the living room with large windows, wood burning fireplace and built-ins. French doors give access to the dining room with built-in china cabinet and tall windows. The kitchen is complete with all you will need. A breakfast area is off the kitchen with access to the utility room and mudroom on the rear of the house can be used for a "back of house" laundry folding, etc. room.
