Garden Manor B&B Inn

The Inn is designed for guest comfort and privacy that offers either a quiet getaway or fun-filled active retreat! Choose from 4 beautifully appointed, spacious rooms with private baths.  

Amenities include:  
~ queen or California king-size bed, 500 thread count cotton sheets, and choice of goose down or polyester pillows
~ mini-frig in each room's walk in closet stocked with complimentary bottled spring water,guests' favorite soft drinks and coffee maker
~ 26" flat-screen TV with DVD complete with over 200 cable channels including music stations
~ writing desk & chair with free wireless DSL connectivity
~ towel warmer, tub and shower, pair of spa robes, and garden-scented bath products, blow dryer, ironing board and iron
~ turndown service with chocolate truffles
~ on weekend mornings enjoy downstairs coffee service followed with full course, full service breakfast served in guest's private dining room
~ on weekday mornings guests select breakfast time as early as 7 a.m. on the half hour with last service at 9 a.m.

In addition to the private dining room, guests may relax in their own parlor with fireplace or on verandas complete with porch swing, patio tables with chairs, and oversized rockers.  

The backlawn delights our guests with waterfall fountains, wrought iron gazebo wrapped in vines, private flagstone patios tucked away with tables and chairs, and winding crushed granite pathways through the lush beds filled with Japanese Maples, Weeping Willow trees, roses & hydrangeas to provide a true Southern feel.

Garden Manor provides an intimate backdrop for elegant weddings & receptions as well as corporate events up to 75 guests.  The Inn is recognized as the premier outdoor event venue with its manicured lawns, light filled trees, 1600 sq. ft. dance floor with outdoor sound system, and Garden Room for food service.

The Inn offers the best B&B location in Texas.  Grapevine historic district has the feel of Mayberry if you desire a laid back, relaxing stay.  Park your car and walk to over 80 shops & restaurants located 1/2 block from us. Renata Salon and Day Spa is across the street if you want to work a massage or two into your stay!  There are 8 wine tasting rooms within 3 blocks as well as live entertainment, art galleries, and more. Several restaurants provide live music in the evening with Grapevine Opry performances on the weekends. Inn specials are described on our website for guests wanting to take advantage of some of these offerings.

If a more adventuresome escape is desired, Grapevine is the perfect spot too! There are over 500 restaurants within a 5-mile radius from Inn, 4 golf courses, Grapevine Mills (the largest outlet mall in Southwest USA) and Lake Grapevine with fishing, boat rentals, hiking trails and horse back riding.  

Grapevine is 7 miles from Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport and 19 miles from either Dallas or Ft. Worth. Within this area are Six Flags Over Texas, Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Arlington Ball Park, Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square & Sundance Square!
