Spanish Baked Eggs
Pre heat oven to 350o
Spray an eight ounce ramekin or augratin dish with vegetable spray.
Place ½ cup grated cheddar cheese in the bottom.
Spread chopped green chilies over the top (as many as you wish).
Break two eggs into a measuring cup or bowl for larger amounts.
Add two heaping teaspoons of Bisquick ®.
Finish filling to six ounces with milk and season with Tony’s Creole Seasoning®.
Blend with a stick blender and pour over the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with a dollop of Daisy Brand Sour Cream ® and picante sauce.
This can be made for one or as many as you want.
