Austin Folk House
Named after the fantastic art collection found inside, The Austin Folk House is a wonderful new bed and breakfast centrally located in the historic West Campus neighborhood. It is minutes from The University of Texas, The Texas State Capital, The Governors' Mansion, Town Lake and Downtown Sixth Steet. The building, which was originally constructed in 1880, was recently renovated so as to afford modern comfort and convenience without sacrificing historic charm. The rooms are decorated with lovely old antiques, but there is certainly no bad plumbing to worry about in this B&B! Best of all is the Texas-sized gourmet breakfast served daily.
